The Yawh terms of use are being drafted with specialized copyright counsel and will be published here before the platform opens public sign-up.

Publishing a provisional text would be worse than publishing none: terms of use define what happens to a songwriter’s song, and that is not something to leave as a draft.

Meanwhile, what is already settled and will not change is described in Publishing is not assignment: Yawh works with a publishing agreement, under which the songwriter keeps ownership of the song.
